Wednesday 11th September; The Welcome Evening
An informal evening to welcome old and new members for our season.
Come along and enjoy an evening meeting like-minded people over light refreshments

There will be a short introduction to the club, an AV showcasing some of the activities you can join in with, and images from members.

Wednesday 18th September; Club Night
This is the first of our monthly club nights, these will be themed and where we come together to chat and exchange tips over light refreshments
Tonight we have a Talk/Practical by David Osselton "Get to Grips with your Camera”
Do you want to know more about how to use your camera? Not sure what all the settings do?
There will be a short presentation by Andy Munro showing how to set up for the light painting and fireworks workshop on 6th November

Wednesday 25th September; Talk
The first of our monthly Talk nights;
Tonight we have a talk by local photographer and judge Judy Mainwaring
Subject; People, Judy will be giving us a talk on Photographing People and give us some insights and tips on how to take successful images of people. Judy will show us the different styles of this genre including, street, candid, studio and portraiture

This month's photo shoot is at Powys Castle, an evening event to capture and enjoy the amazing Christmas lights display

Tonight we have a talk/presentation by David Osselton 'Composition and Action Photography' This presentation will talk about action photography eg. cricket and wild water kayaks and photographing a large event such as the community games

Hermitage Centre, Shrewsbury

Saturday 8th February; Photoshoot - Bridgnorth
Spend the day in wonderful Bridgnorth Town
This will be held on a Saturday and we will take the opportunity to capture the old town the river and the unique Bridgnorth Cliff Railway

Tonight we will be bringing you another talk/demo by Mike Doyle, who will be demonstrating the art of large-format photography and developing workshop

Tonight we have a talk by Wayne Davey AWPF BPE IV DPAGB via Zoom
Wayne will talk about aircraft and airshow photography in the first half of the evening and will follow with portraiture and photographing re-enactors in action

For this month's shoot, Snowdonia
We will spend the day somewhere in or around Snowdon capturing the amazing landscapes with lakes, mountains, waterfalls etc. As always, shoots may not be held on Wednesday evenings

Tonight we have a talk by Mr Kevin Pigney (via Zoom) at the club
Subject; A passion for Wildlife. Along with sharing his favourite and most successful images, often there is a story behind the image which he will share. Kevin will also talk about technology/camera settings and setting up projects & fieldcraft

Tonight we have a talk on street photography by one of our members George who will give us an insight into this often forgotten photographic subject which will be very useful for next week's outing to Chester City Centre

This month's outing will take us to Chester City
This wonderful town is full of character and ample photo opportunities
This will be an all-day event where we will have time to have lunch either in a cafe or a picnic

Fish and Chips supper + we will be showing the 9 town battle which was recorded earlier this year.
