Your details are stored securely by the Membership Secretary and Committee members who need access for Society administration. We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and prevent unauthorised access.

We keep your personal data for as long as you remain a member. If your membership lapses, we will delete your information within 12 months, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
