2020/21 Program
Wednesday 9th September: The Welcome Evening
An informal evening to welcome old and new members for our season.
Come along and enjoy an evening meeting like-minded people over light refreshments

There will be a short introduction to the club, a short presentation showcasing some of the activities you can join in with, and images from members.

Wednesday 23rd September: Club Night
This is the first of our monthly club nights, which will be themed and where we come together to chat and exchange tips over light refreshments
Tonight, we have set a challenge for members to bring along images with a subject of 'circles'. This is not a competition, but a subject to discuss the images. Members can either bring their images along on a memory card/stick or use the PhotoEntry online, where you will find the facility under the Challenges tab

Wednesday 7th October: Talk Night
The first of our monthly Talk nights.
Tonight, we welcome local international photographer Sam Davis
Sam is well known for his international travel images. He has presented live talks at the Photography Show. Exhibits his images in Galleries in the UK and internationally

Tonight we have the first of our competitions.

Speaker: Phil Durkin: A Few Seconds Makes All The Difference
Tonight we have a very interesting talk by Phil Dekin on Long exposure. Phil explores the art of seeing the world through the lens of long exposure and extreme long exposure.

Subject: Abstract Images
We are delighted to have Tony North back as our speaker for this evening's talk. Tony is truly one of the best in his field of photography. His talk combines the sharing of images with live demos of post-processing.
